Site Coordinator
The Site Coordinator will help oversee daily operations at our program site. This role ensures that our programs for girls ages 10–25 run smoothly and that participants have a safe, supportive, and empowering experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate program schedules and activities
- Support staff, volunteers, and participants on-site
- Maintain a safe, welcoming, and organized environment
- Assist with data collection and reporting for grants and outcomes
Receptionist
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for families, visitors, and community partners. This role is vital in representing TCO’s mission with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and greet visitors
- Provide general information about TCO programs
- Support administrative tasks and office organization
- Assist with scheduling and communications
