Our Mission
Serving Atlanta and Beyond
Since 2014, The Chosen Ones has worked alongside local schools, nonprofits, and community partners to support Atlanta’s most vulnerable youth and families. We continue to build new partnerships each year to expand our reach and respond to the needs of more children across the city.
Born from lived experience, The Chosen Ones’ mission is rooted first and foremost in prevention—because we know what can happen when families lack the knowledge and support they need. That reality shaped our commitment to ensure other children and caregivers never have to face the same pain.
By educating parents, caregivers, and youth, amplifying survivor voices, and strengthening families, we raise awareness of hidden dangers like trafficking, abuse, and exploitation before harm occurs. We equip families with practical tools, clear guidance, and trusted community support so they can recognize risks early, speak up quickly, and keep their children safe.
Together, we work to protect every child through prevention and to make sure no family has to walk a dark path alone.

Our mission in action
why choose us
What makes us different
We meet families where they are with events that feel safe, welcoming, and fun—like toy drives, backpack giveaways, skating nights, and family activities. Those joyful spaces open doors to deeper conversations, support, and prevention education.
Sharing
We openly share knowledge, resources, and real-life lessons that help families recognize risks early. By making prevention information accessible, we empower parents, caregivers, and youth to stay informed and protect one another.
Community
We create safe, welcoming spaces where families can connect, find support, and feel like they belong. Our events and programs are built to strengthen relationships and remind every family they are not alone.
Responsibilities
We believe prevention is a shared responsibility. We encourage families and youth to take an active role in safety—learning warning signs, speaking up, and using the tools available to them before harm happens.
Collaboration
We partner with schools, nonprofits, faith-based groups, and local leaders to expand our reach and deepen our impact. Through collaboration, we meet more families, respond faster to needs, and build a stronger safety net across Georgia.
